Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE* Please arrive with freshly washed hair, dirty hair will not be serviced. * All lace must be dropped off @ least 2 days prior to appointment for customization * No show appointment full amount will be charged to card * No tracks that are cut or wet. * Failure to follow any of these policies will result in a cancelled appointment
