Cancellation Policy

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE * Lace must be dropped off @ least 2 days prior to the appointment for customization (Drop Off Hours Tues-Sat 10:30-5pm, wigs can be left in mailbox afterhours) *For custom color, wigs must be dropped off one week in advance * No-show appointment full amount will be charged to the card * No tracks that are cut or wet. *Please be respectful of the salon space and all people *Any photography & videos taken can be used for promotional purposes *By continuing to book you are agreeing to these policies. Failure to follow any of these policies will result in a canceled appointment
